Service Advisor

When you join us on the ŠKODA Apprenticeship Programme, you will work as an apprentice in one of our premium Retailers.

The Service Advisor Apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to work towards nationally recognised qualifications and ŠKODA certification, all while gaining hands-on work experience.

We are looking for apprentices with a passion for ŠKODA, who want to electrify their careers and create a wow factor for our customers.

During your apprenticeship with ŠKODA, you will be supported throughout the apprenticeship experience by your team at site, your dedicated mentor and our expert training team.

On successful completion of your Service Advisor Apprenticeship English learners will receive

• Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

• ŠKODA Certification

For learners in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales, on successful completion of your apprenticeship you will receive:

• A nationally recognised qualification (VCQ/SVQ)

• Functional skills qualifications

• ŠKODA Certification

Service Technician

When you join us on the ŠKODA Apprenticeship Programme, you will work as an apprentice in one of our premium Retailers.

The Service Technician Apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to work with leading edge technology. Vehicle apprenticeships with ŠKODA are the key to our future as we move towards digitalisation and electrification.

Throughout your apprenticeship you will be supported by mentors at your workplace and by our training and apprenticeship team when at the National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes.

On successful completion of your apprenticeship, English learners will receive:

• Apprenticeship in Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light Vehicle)

• ŠKODA Service Technician Certification

• F-Gas Certificate (Refrigerant Handling Qualification)

For learners in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales, on successful completion of your apprenticeship you will receive:

• A nationally recognised qualification (VCQ/VRQ or SVQ/SRQ)

• Core Skills Certificates

• ŠKODA Service Technician Certification

• F-Gas certificate
