When Dale left school many of his friends were going to university, but he knew that wasn't for him. He took the opportunity gain some real work experience and to earn while he learned. He received great support from ŠKODA and has his career has gone from strength to strength.

When I started out, I was a Service Technician enjoyed fixing vehicles and reducing repeat repairs. My employer then supported me through my training and helped me progress through various jobs to my current role of Service Development Consultant."
