Selection Criteria
In order to enrol on the Škoda Advanced Apprenticeship Programme, you will need to:

  • Be willing to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Be able to respond to colleagues and work as part of a team.
  • Have a real interest in the retail motor industry.

What Happens After My Training Has Finished?
  • You will be awared an NVQ Level 2 progressing to NVQ Level 3, Key and Core Skills Certificates, and Advanced Apprenticeship Completion Certificate and an IMI Technical Certificate.
  • You will have the option to progress your NVQ Level 3 qualification to Supervisory Managment Certificate (depending on ability).
  • You can progress through the Škoda Qualification Programme by enrolling on the route to becoming a Master Technician. (See Škoda Qualification Training Plan for more details).
  • You will receive Škoda Service Technician status.
